Medical disclaimer (the most important part)

Toucan is an AI wellness companion. It is not a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, therapist, or medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Anything Toucan says — including over-the-counter suggestions and food-trigger patterns — is general information that can be wrong. Always confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before acting on it.
Never change, start, or stop a medication based on anything Toucan says. Follow your prescriber's instructions.
Trigger patterns are statistical correlations in your own logs, not causes or diagnoses.
Emergencies: if you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. If you are in emotional crisis or thinking about self-harm, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free, 24/7). Toucan is not an emergency service and may not respond in time.

The beta is provided free, "as is," without warranties. We may change or discontinue features.
You must be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian manage your account) and use Toucan only for yourself.
Fair use: Toucan is for personal, conversational use by one human per number. To keep it fast and affordable for everyone, we may limit, throttle, or suspend accounts with extreme, automated, or abusive messaging volume. We'll be reasonable — real flare weeks with lots of texting are exactly what Toucan is for.
Your data is never hostage: if you cancel your subscription, access to your existing history, doctor reports/exports, and deleting your data remain free. Payment is for the ongoing service, never for access to your own records.
Paid plans, when introduced, will be billed through Stripe and cancelable anytime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
